High-Ticket Program Lead Generation and Sales Campaign

To help my client sell a €1,000 high-ticket program, I crafted a multi-touch funnel centered around a free 5-day online event, supported by a warm Facebook community and sales messaging.

Step 1: The Research


I began by understanding the transformational value of the high-ticket offer and the profile of ideal buyers—those looking for intensive support and accountability.

Step 2: Strategy Development

We created a powerful 5-day free event as the main lead magnet, supported by a Facebook community to boost engagement and a short daily pitch strategy to drive conversions.

Step 3: Lead Magnet Creation

As a lead magnet we choose a 5 day online event. I co-designed the daily topics with my client to ensure each day delivered value and built toward the sale.

Step 4: Opt-in funnel creation

I created a high-converting opt-in page and a thank you page that encouraged attendees to join the private Facebook group, increasing excitement and show-up rates.

Step 5: Community Engagement

I nurtured the group for 30 days before the event with teaser posts and conversation starters, warming up the leads and building anticipation.

Step 6: Meta Advertising for the event

With well-crafted creatives and copy, I launched a Facebook Ads campaign targeting the ideal audience, entrepreneurs ready to invest in accountability programs.

Step 7: Tracking and improvements

The addition of the Facebook group significantly improved show-up rates at the online event. This was a huge learning point compared to previous events.
